Group Relations India

Picture
Group Relations India was started in 2013 to promote experiential learning of individual group and organizational processes. It uses group relations and socio-analysis approaches which pay particular attention to unconscious processes and group dynamics.
Group Relations India offers a variety of educational programs and workshops for the enhancement of skills and competencies in this area. It also networks with like minded professional bodies and organizations to further this aim.

announces
KOODAM 2020
17-19 December 2020

It gives us great pleasure to announce the next Koodam, the second in the series, from 17-19 December 2020.
Koodam is a gathering of practitioners of group relations work in a collegial learning space to further the thinking and practice in this field.

The event will be held online given our current context and will focus on
The Application of Group Relations in Family, Organizational, and Social Systems.

Koodam is open to anyone who has had an experiential engagement with group relations frameworks and methodology  through participation in a Group Relations Conference, the Listening to the Unconscious workshop, or similar learning experiences, and is interested in furthering their understanding and practice.

Do read the brochure for more details and on ways you can participate.
