TRS is a 3-day workshop that offers participants the opportunity to uncover and work with the systemic forces and factors (many of them unconscious) that influence the processes through which we find, make, and take roles in the different systems that we all are part of. This includes family as well as organizational systems. 

The workshop particularly focuses on developing clarity about the task; working within the boundaries of role, and focusing on furthering the interest of the system-as-a-whole. Towards this aim, a mix of consulting events, interactive concept sessions, and unstructured plenary sessions are offered. 

Prior experience of experiential work in GR frameworks through participation in a GRC or  LTTUC is a prerequisite to participate in TRS.
