Koodam is a gathering of practitioners of group relations who work in a collegial learning space to further the thinking and practice in this field. It is a space for collective reflection, generating insights through building on thoughts and experiences offered by members in the event. Towards this aim, Koodam relies on presentations and conversations by group relations practitioners.  
Koodam is open to anyone who has had an experiential engagement with group relations methodology through participation in a Group Relations Conference or similar learning experiences. The first Koodam was in 2018. The second was held as an online event in December 2020.  Both editions led to a collection of Working Papers.
